A Miami federal grand jury has indicted David Archibald, 30, from Massachusetts on charges of raping a young girl last year on Carnival Cruise Line's Carnival Ecstasy Cruise ship after the ship sailed out of Miami, Florida.
The FBI, using its authority to investigate crimes in international waters involving Americans, on Friday, May 24, 2002 arrested David Archibald in his home state of Massachusetts. He is accused of raping the child described by authorities as between the ages of 12 and 16.
